As a Registered Nurse and fitness coach, I combine my knowledge of the human body with my personal experience in fitness to help others create sustainable habits, build confidence, and achieve lasting results. Caring for patients has allowed me to see how much of an impact our daily habits have on our long-term health. That's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about fitness and preventative health.
My passion for fitness began at a young age through sports. However, once high school sports came to an end, I quickly realized that staying healthy and active was no longer built into my daily routine—it became my responsibility.
I wanted to find a new outlet for my energy and a new passion that would help me continue living a healthy lifestyle. That's when I found the gym.
Throughout the years in the gym and nursing school, I have taken what I’ve learned and structured my current habits and routines. Today, my biggest motivation is health. While physical results are rewarding, I've learned that feeling strong, energetic, confident, and healthy is what truly matters. Adopting a "health-first" mindset has completely changed the way I approach fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. It has not only transformed my own life but has also helped me inspire and support others on their journeys.
